Walk, ride, bus or train make it to Glebe Markets this Saturday!

Glebe Markets is just a short walk or bus ride from Central Station.

You can get to Glebe Markets in the following ways
train

You can catch a train to Central Station, and combine it with bus from George Street which is a short 5-minute trip to Glebe Markets. It is an easy walk from Central and will take about 20-30 minutes.

You can find the Sydney Trains timetable here so you can plan your trip on Saturday mornings.

The light rail also has a stop at Glebe. It is about a 30 minute walk from the station to Glebe Markets. You can also combine this with catching a bus.

You can drive to Glebe Markets. The address for the markets is Corner of Derby Place and Glebe Pt Rd, Glebe. On Saturdays there is free parking along Paramatta Road.

You can take a bus from Central station. You will find the bus stop outside the front of the Mecure hotel. Use the bus stop on George St. The bus numbers from Central Station are 431 or 433. These 2 Glebe Point Rd buses stop immediate outside the markets! Get off at the bright coloured fence which is the 2nd stop on Glebe Point Rd. It will take you 5 minutes or less from central station to Glebe Markets (depending on traffic).

There are also bus stops in Derwent St just at the rear of the markets, and in Broadway/Paramatta Rd. Catch the 470 from Central.

If you are catching a bus from other locations within Sydney, other buses that stop at Glebe Pt Rd are the 436, 461 and the 483. The 370 bus goes to Glebe via Newtown.
